There aren't enough characters allowed to describe how amazing the experience was having Johanna as our buyers agent for our first vacation property purchase. If you are looking for an agent that will do it all, then call Johanna! Johanna is Superwoman! When we were looking for a property, she made herself available to tour and send videos to us on every property we were interested in since we were not in town. As soon as we showed interest, she had a viewing booked, sometimes on the same day. She did this for quite a few properties. The videos showed us all the important sights and sounds from each property, as she knew what to look for in assessing the properties. And each came with the perfect amount of commentary!(My favorite part!) She answered every question we had along the way, even the ones we didn't know we had! That is the mark of a great agent. Providing insights on properties that buyers don't know to ask about. She was always straight forward and honest with us. There was no sugar coating, which we appreciated. Just honest assessments of properties. She always found out the rules of engagement when dealing with sellers, made us aware up front, and kept us updated. We never had to wait long for answers to our questions. She listened to what we wanted in a property and helped us find it. She quickly got a sense of what we liked and didn't like, what were necessities and deal breakers, and helped us identify the right properties to explore. We never felt pressured or pushed to make a decision. Instead, she supported our choices, even when she may not have agreed and worked with us to find our property.
